"Amazing staff, easy check-in/check-out, room service was top notch with a variety of options. This hotel has it all, you can stay there all day or take a quick uber or tram to all the downtown fun. Shopping mall and fantastic places to eat are walking distance and its only a shortdrive from the airport as well. I cannot wait to go back! 10 stars!"

In general the staff in the hotel are extremely courteous, competent and helpful. I stayed in a well appointed studio room, that had everything you need to enjoy your vacation in Portugal.
