"My friend and I stayed for 2 nights, and it was just what we needed. The apartment was on the 2nd floor and one of several units. While the building and neighborhood are a little rough, the apartment and internal common area is quite clean and updated. Full kitchen, full size laundry, queen beds, and big closets. It's not far from a lot of are of stores, coffee, etc. "

"Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. No real issues. Would line suggest a toaster for the kitchen. None was available. The front porch inside ceiling needs to be attached properly. The wind was blowing hard over the two days and it rattled so hard it sounded like a drill was being used outside the front door. Other than that all was great. Thank you!"

"I was more than happy with my stay here. The property manager was always available answering the very few questions I had. I needed to extend my stay because my condo in Holland wasn’t ready yet and they were very accommodating. Definitely recommend! "

"Perfect location in NW Grand Rapids! 5 minute drive to Belknap Park and 20+ pickleball courts. 3 block walk to 6th Street restaurants. 4 block walk/drive to a Fresh Market Meijer. 10 minute drive to downtown… Amenities in this Union Square Condo building are wonderful and people friendly. Will stay again!!"

"Could not use the dryer in the laundry room for 2 weeks. After reporting this to the property manager, mechanic did not come right away, but only after a couple of days. Dryer made loud banging noise when in operation. Also during the night there was a banging noise in the condo next to ours, so disturbing nights for us"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Sangria property. When we walked in, we were pleased at how clean and updated the condo was. This was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit and it had plenty of space for us to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes/pans/utensils you could want. "Quiet area. Small neighborhood of one story condos- probably many of them are rentals. Clean. Bed comfortable. One bedroom with attached bathroom. One bedroom with bathroom in the hall. Washer and dryer in that bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with salt, pepper, no sugar, coffee filters. Someone left coffee behind. Attached garage was great. The unit we stayed in did not look like the photo. The kitchen was located behind the sofa. Open to the living room. Furniture was almost the same. No orange...
