"We enjoyed our stay in the cozy, very well-equipped and new appartment - and of course the SPA with a Finnish Sauna oven (with fire). The landlord was very welcoming and friendly. The surroundings are nice for hiking trips, e.g. on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig along the "Saarschleife" / Cloef, but also for bike trips or city trips to Luxembourg, Saarburg or Trier which are nearby and worth a visit too."

"Insgesamt war es ein positives Erlebnis. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Auch das Schlüsselsafe-System hat für uns gut funktioniert, da man den Schlüssel nicht irgendwo abholen oder abgeben musste und man so mit der An- und Abreise unabhängig war. Allerdings gab es in der Dusche kaum warmes Wasser, es dauerte sehr lange, bis es warm wurde und dann hatte man ca. eine Minute warmes Wasser, bis es wieder eiskalt wurde. Das war sehr ärgerlich"

"This was more than we asked for: a quiet surrounding, close to the forest, nice and well equipped holidayhome. We could start our daily walks from there, only 100 m from the forest and fields. We could make short or long loops, between 5 and 16 km, spot the works of the beaver, came across some deer and come back to a warm and cosy place. The owners placed a X-mas tree and lights so that we really had the Christmas atmosphere. Comfortable beds, warm water in the shower and no disturbing noises....

"Ich habe das erste Mal über FEWO-direkt gebucht und war mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Der Check in hat super geklappt, auch wenn wir erst am späten Abend angekommen sind. Mit Hilfe eines Codes konnten wir auch später ankommen. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man brauchte. Was mir besonders gut gefiel war ein riesiger Kühlschrank und ein Gefrierfach nebeneinander. "We enjoyed 2weeks in this 2nd floor apartment in a small village near Trier. The location made it easy to visit city landmarks or hike in the nearby forest paths. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and very comfortable. A special bonus was the beautiful outdoor garden, exquisitely maintained by the owners, who are on site. We also appreciated the owners’ extra effort to communicate with us in English."

"The apartment is huge -- it is two full floors. The amount of space we had for our party of 4 was almost ridiculous. It is also comfortable and well-appointed. We stayed in Saarburg as a convenient place to visit Luxembourg and Trier, so it was a pleasant surprise how much we enjoyed Saarburg itself. This rental was a highlight of our trip. Our host was kind, communicative, and hospitable."
