"The property is pretty decent. You get what you pay for, sort of idea. We had some initial issues with the room but the staff were lovely and helped address the issue quickly. Could be a bit cleaner - for example don't think they actually vacuumed or mopped the floor during the 10 days we were there. The location is absolutely perfect so that made it all worth it. "

"My husband and I loved staying here. The staff is very nice, the concierge was very resourceful who connected us with a good taxi. The roof top pool area was my favorite along with the gym. The food was good room service was great but I got sick from the ceviche. Overall safe and clean. They have no central heater but they brought me a plug in heater. "

"The Camino Real is a great experience for grand Mexican architecture, space, grace, friendly service and a good location in Poland’s, near Chapultepec Forest and the famed museums of anthropology and of modern art. "The breakfast buffet is a must it has a great variety with a good price! The dinner menu needs to be revised not too many options and not very filling. The restaurant delivers with an amazing view of El Zocalo. The lobby is spectacular from the champagne greeting to the stain glass ceiling views. Stayed here for New Years and their event package is well worth it. I had an amazing time."

"Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff! They have excellent breakfasts provided with many choices as well as a 24 hour coffee shop with items (coffee, beer, sandwiches, salads, etc.) provided for free. The area has many famous sites within walking distance. The hotel offers a free walking tour and also can help book additional tours. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel"
