"This is a very dated property, and the property's location down winding side roads was hard to find and not very close to Grass Valley/ Nevada City. The facility dates back to the 1960's, and it shows its age and some neglect. Little has been done to maintain or update it. "We were greeted by an individual whose first words to us were you didn't pay enough but that is ok because your TV does not work. Then I was told that my amount owed was $30 less than what I already paid. When we went up to the room it was old, dirty not well kept, nor was it safe.
