"We visited over President's Day weekend and enjoyed this property. It is tucked into a very cute neighborhood with many neighbors. We enjoyed walking to nearby canyons and coffee shops and restaurants. Street parking was very easy and the location was very convenient. We ate out and got take out during our stay-- the kitchen is not fully equipped with enough silverware/plates/coffee maker but had the necessities to get us through. "We enjoyed a long weekend at this charming and cozy A-frame. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make breakfast. We especially enjoyed eating on the small patio overlooking the pond and listening to the vinyl collection. Julian's Main Street was a 3 min drive away and Nickel Beer Brewery was a short walk across the street. The host was helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"The condo is in an older complex, but has been somewhat renovated. I loved that it was close to Mission Trails park, but easy to drive to the main tourist attractions. There are a few quirks to the place, and it is not a resort -type property. For most residents, this is their full-time home, so be mindful of that and be respectful. The place was very clean and the host was friendly and responsive. "
