The staff are very helpful and the housekeeping was excellent.The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of food, choices, and many breakfast stations offering hot and cold breakfasts. Our room was on the seventh floor, and we had amazing views of the cities and waterways. We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and to our surprise the guest relations people left a a bottle of champagne on ice with some sweet treats and a nice message on a card for us in our room! That was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. An added bonus was that this hotel was only a five minute walk from the nearest metro station, which is very convenient to get to. "
