"Rooms are comfortable. Balcony is a nice feature. It is very close to Alhambra. Walking distance is less than 10 minutes. Terrace lunch area is good with good food. dinner offerings at the restaurant were OK but breakfast buffet was very good."

"The stay was beyond expectation and we found the accommodation unique, rustic, stylish and comforting. A late arrival meant that there was no front desk to check in. Extremely thorough instructions were provided instead and to our surprise, we had received an upgrade to the best room on the property. "The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "

"We were some of the only people there, it was off season for this location so parking and the pool were no problem but you have to drive in order to get to any of the sites or attractions. Staff was friendly and room was big with plenty of space for a large family. A/C worked well."

"Don't be fooled with the 4 stars from the front logo. The hotel is clean and the room was ok but is far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe was in the seventies. Not anymore.However room was spotless with a large clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Walking distance from town centre with a supermarket 1 minute away and a very close tram station."

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!"
