"Nice property in Tiger Run. We've stayed in a few units there, it's a very family friendly resort. Host was responsive and accommodating and unit was well stocked and clean. We were disappointed that the loft that was pictured is chained off and marked off limits. We saw it in the listing and my daughter was excited to sleep up there. Would stay again as host is excellent but recommend that the loft restrictions be added to the listing or photos removed. Also nice that pets are allowed."

We had a family thing come up at the last minute that threatened to keep us from coming, and the property manager was quick and generous. It all worked out in the end.
