Parking charges are also £10 per day Attended a course at the venue and the sandwiches catered by the hotel did not have any food allergy labels attached ..You could not tell what type of sandwich it was until you picked up the sandwich. "Been to this hotel a few times now and always enjoyed my stays. Quiet, well maintained and good breakfasts; not to mention the Spa facilities in the basement. Nice pool, steam-room and jacuzzi. We booked this hotel as it was the closest we could find available to the airport (BA says they'll refund our stay in 4-6 weeks time...) The staff have been amazing and helpful, the common areas are lovely (the pool is specially gorgeous). My only complaint is that the rooms are a bit dated. "Lovely clean friendly staff had no problem with this place at all … we went in one of the cheapest room which was very good.. cleaned everyday plus cleaned towels in every day and had breakfast every day was really happy with that too… we said we would definitely go back again but go for next level room as it’s opposite train station and metro station too… so easy to get to visit different places 👍👍👍👍 our room was facing back which was nice and quiet not a bad view ever "

"Great location - less than 5 minutes walk to/from Newcastle train station, also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby whilst not on a noisy road. My standard room was compact. Modern. No frills. Wet room was small - best to take a shower at night so the floor is not wet when getting ready the next morning. However... availability of hot water seemed to be time limited; steaming hot in the morning, barely luke warm after midnight. Room temperature control worked well; noisy but to be expected...
