"Lovely staff, lovely decor."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the St Athans Hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around which were easy to walk to. The staff was helpful and kept our luggage safe and locked when it was too early to check in and after when we had checked out but it was too early to go to the airport. They cleaned our room and provided us with extra towels when asked. We also felt safe since you cannot just walk in- you ring the bell and they have to let you in. We were worried the shared bathrooms...

"A lovely hotel located a short walk from Waterloo station. The view from our hotel room was amazing both at night and the morning of what is now a stunning high rise skyline of Vauxhall with the train tracks in front of. With the windows closed you wouldn't know that there were trains that close (we were 10th floor). The staff were helpful, the room clean and modern and the reception area the same."

"The hotel was very well located. The room was clean and a reasonable size. We had asked for a walk-in shower as we are both in our 80s - we were given a rather tired bathroom with shower facilities. That was disappointing. The main complaint was that there was no literature or information in the room about what the hotel itself had to offer, or about the surrounding area or - more important - how the telephone could be operated to get an outside line or to contact reception. " A great find in a very convenient location for Waterloo Station, the London Eye, or thd Imperial War Museum. Excellent views of London from our 12th floor room. Modern room, v comfy bed kettle, fridge, bathroom toiletries all provided at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended."
