"The hotel was walkable from the arrival hall. The staff at reception were very polite and i had my room changed because i had booked a twin room. The food from the room menu was really good and delivered within the time specified. All the room amenities were good. The thing i disliked most was the noisy people who talked very loudly, slammed doors and ran up and down the corridor. I couldn't not sleep until 2.30am!!!!! "We had a great stay at this property in Hinjewadi, Pune. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, wide spread of options. The staff at the breakfast area did an amazing job. Faij was attentive and took care of the guests very well! Property needs to be updated a bit. Bathrooms need more careful cleaning and upkeep. The counters need to be wiped well and water marks removed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if a few of the above improvements were implemented."

"Fantastic hotel near Mumbai airport with great dining and transportation options. This hotel helped my mom that missed her flight a few months ago in a last-minute booking. Really appreciated that. Booked again for our vacation. Great experience. Some feedback: Room 220 has has a window next to the bathtub that leaks into the main sleeping area. Could have used a few more power outlets or a USB outlet or two. In-hotel dining was delicious. Keep up the great work and service. "

"I don't write any reviews but I had to for this establishment. This was the best hotel I've ever been to. I am very well traveled, have been around the world and unbiased. Went to another hotel in Mumbai for a night after my two nights stay here and it was night and day. Service quality and the staff here are remarkable. Every accommodation was made quickly and respectfully. When staff members know your name everywhere you go, that shows their dedication. W"

"The JW Marriot Sahara is one of the finest hotels we have experienced on our Round the World trip! While the traffic in Mumbai is crazy crowded the Concerige arranged for our airport pickup and transportation each day! The staff was courteous and always eager to help in any and every way! The sweet lady Baia in the 17th floor Executive Lounge was outstanding!"
