"First ever stay in a hostel & I enjoyed every moment. I felt safe, comfortable & relaxed the whole time. Nest felt like a little community & everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. "When we arrived we were really impressed with Lobby and pool area - it’s a beautiful hotel. Check in had quite a big Q - not sure why they haven’t introduced on line check in as that would have made the process quicker. Rooms are a little dated but very clean with plenty of storage. No water in the room and we didn’t see any water filling stations - which is disappointing for what we paid. "The hotel was fantastic, tge staff were all lovely and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. The music round the pool was fab and varied. The evening entertainment was again fabulous. Our room - platinym double was spacious modern and well furnished. We only had breakfast but that had a great selection and delicious. The 16th rooftop bar was lovely too amazing sunset. The only negative i have is the price of the drinks."
