They do not provide bottled water/teas, does come with kettle, mugs & fridge. It's no frills, clean, very compact but comfortable. Walls are pretty thin, you can hear your neighbours, but for the price point & the comfort, it's a give & take. There is a western style market maybe 30 feet from the entrance to the hotel.
