I would highly recommend this location. Giovanni and family went out of their way to make our trip amazing. Our airline lost our luggage…. So we needed a late checkin. He provided assistance all along the way including a spot for dinner!

The place was great, clean, spacious, and everything worked. The location was close to an exit so it didnt require you to take too many stairs and the exit lead you to the train. Yes you can hear the train and the view was of the wall but honestly not bad at all since didnt soend much time there anyways

Dingy. Check-in was unnecessarily challenging. Should say upfront that you need to find a random door in the square to buzz a guy to enter a garage to walk you up to the room. Shabby

Location amazing
Location was amazing, we upgraded to the ocean view apartment . Well worth it. Apartment was very tidy clean and fresh. We had kitchen with utensils like plates etc but no actual cooking gear, bit strange. But many local restaurants nearby. Vernazza is the jewel of cinque terra

PROS: Great location, near train station, not too many steps up. Very convenient the private parking in La Spezia (the public parking at the La Spezia train station gets full by mid-morning). Clean, comfortable apartment. Staff responsive via phone, gave great advice on restaurant and baggage storage. CONS: the only window gives on to an adjacent wall. Staff not responsive to Expedia messages. Micro bathroom. Don't let the check-in guy break your passport to take a picture of it!

The check-in was a bit confusing and I had to contact the owner myself coz there is no reception at the given address. The AC was also not working at all. Good the weather wasn't so warm. Otherwise the room is very comfy.

Nous avons été déçus de cet hébergement. La chambre est sombre. Notre hôte nous a proposé une chambre vue mer pour 50€ supplémentaires. Nous avions déjà payé 150€ sur le site donc nous avons décliné. Notre hôte nous assure alors que nous seront tout de même bien dans la chambre prévue car elle dispose de l’air conditionné. Il se reprend finalement en disant que l’air conditionné ne fonctionne pas… en effet il faisait froid la nuit et pas de chauffage. La chambre était très humide. Nous étions fin avril et il pleuvait… Très mauvais rapport qualité prix.
