"This is a terrific place!!! Pick up at the airport was wonderful. Melissa checked us into a room even though we arrived 2 hours early. She was so accommodating. We surely appreciated it. We had stored our luggage for 4 days and the porter brought it to our room within minutes of our arrival. We cleaned up and went down for lunch. Jose was there taking care of us in the restaurant. He also remembered our names from our stay 4 days prior. Breakfast was delicious and again José was there. "
