The stay was great except for one item.We took shore showers because there was NO hot water. On full "H" we only got Luke to cool water. We stayed in 1407.

The hotel was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and checkout were quick and easy, the rooms were spacious. About 3 minute walk from Kennedy park and lots of food options nearby with shopping for necessities close as well. Walls were a bit thin and could easily hear neighbors and hallways but that only happened a few times during the stay. Breakfast options were plentiful and most were delicious, although I partook too much of the detox vegetable drink and ended up with an upset stomach.

We arrived in the early AM. Check in was not until around 2pm. With zero questions asked, they allowed us to check in immediately. That allowed us time to freshen up and explore in peace. The space was perfectly thought out and they had just about everything you would need. Having hot breakfast items is always a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, very quiet, and quite reasonable price for the location. Easy walk to the JFK cat park, nearby malls, and right on a bus route. Taxis drive by frequently. Loads of walkable dining and coffee options nearby, but the in-building restaurant and cafe is pretty good too if you’re in a hurry or feeling lazy. They held our bags for us as we booked two stays with a 4 day gap to visit another city and didn’t want to lug everything back and forth.

Easy check in. Staff v pleasant. Good area for walking. Room is basic w comfy bed and good sheets. Nice shower. Towels good. No fridge or jug for boiling water or tea and coffee. Maybe they just be they don’t do that in South America. Breakfast nice. Great to have lactose free milk

I am very satisfied with Casa Andina. Great staff very helpful. The free breakfast was great! The location was a plus. I did my walking everyday to latcomar. Also I enjoyed the 2 close churches there. I will come back again.😊
