"You get what you expect from a Sheraton in terms of corporate style accommodation. Our room was lovely with views of the river and city. It was spacious and it would have benefitted from two arm chairs, rather than one so two people could sit and admire the view together. "The beds are comfy, the rooms are big and the balcony was great. Small thing but rather than making the bed, they folded the bedding. You’d walk in and put your dirty stuff down on the sheets that you were going to be sleeping in. Breakfast was very good. The pool and beach are both lovely. "I can't recommend this resort enough! It is geared towards families, but I traveled alone and had a great time. The beach is beautiful, the pool was amazing, and the villa I stayed in was awesome! You will not be disappointed in this resort!"

"Booked a room with pool access which was a little misleading as the pool which is outside the room is about knee deep. "The 4th floor room was good size and comfortable. It had an open concept, with bathroom separated from sleeping and living area by just a thin pull down curtain. I’m never comfortable with that layout, though i see it a lot in hotels. The balcony and view were very nice. The hotel lobby area was large like an airport terminal gate holding people who were just coming and going. Not much character to the hotel itself other than a nice large swimming pool and the balcony view. No landscape to speak...

"The place was immaculate, real oasis to unwind and switch off. Beautiful rooms and grounds of the hotel. The only downside where prices. While i understand its a 5 star hotel they really charging A LOT for food and drinks comparing to other similar rank hotels. We were gratefull for early check in and late check out. Thank you to all lovely staff who looked after us"

"Great hotel, great and helpful staff, very clean and has a really nice feel to it! Loved the pool area and the beach and the whole hotel so so well maintained. The vilas were beautiful and staff kept coming to give us free water and were so prompt with their service. Language is a bit of an issue in Vietnam but no complaints from the hotel, loved our stay! "

"Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The free shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient. "

Pullman is first rate in all aspects!

"Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both. At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers. The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile. Would highly recommend this resort. Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!"
