"The JW Marriott had everything I wanted in a 4 star hotel. Soft comfy beds, I literally fell asleep moments after my head hit the pillows, welcoming staff and quiet rooms. The location was walkable to restaurants and the trains. The rooms were clean and the bathroom also had a light up magnifying mirror which made putting on make-up and mascara so much easier. I'll definitely stay here again for my next trip to Chicago."

"Was a little frustrated that they didn't offer for me to switch which card the room was on at check-in (which charged the person who made the reservation vs putting it on MY card).
