This is a lovely upstairs studio, fitted out with almost everything a traveller might need and very well located for walking. The property might not be right for people with mobility issues because the entry is extremely tight and there are over a dozen narrow steps to get to the loft. Once up there, the views and comfort are delightful!

Average. Big problem was narrow steep stairs to reach. Great location to visit old Town though.
Excellent location, easy walk to old town or the sawmill for all kinds of food. Clean and well appointed. Will most definitely stay again next time I visit.

Very nice place
Clean and well furnished with all the amenities. Convenient to Old Town. Would love to stay here again.
This casita has a very homey feel! It has so many activities within walking distance, we only rented a car for a portion of our trip. The first week we walked everywhere, even to the grocery store. The atmosphere inside/out is comfortable and welcoming! Lily is an amazing hostess! Will definitely come back to stay and recommend others too! This was our first trip to New Mexico.
We really enjoyed staying at this nice loft very near Old Town Albuquerque. The place is small, but had everything we needed, and so much was withing walking distance. The enclosed screen porch with chairs and a hanging egg chair immediately became one of our favorite relaxation spots. I can only think of good things to say about this rental. Nice!
The Casita location couldn’t have been better with many eating options, museums, brewery and bike path. The Casita was just as pictured with everthing you needed in a well appointed arrangement. Loved having the screeed in porch with mountain views and lots of sun through the windows.
This is a fully furnished studio with a well-equipped kitchenette for a comfortable stay. Its location, just a few blocks from Old Town Albuquerque, makes it very convenient for going out to shops, galleries and restaurants. Parking on the street or in the driveway is safe and easy. We fully recommend this place.
I really liked the location! Walkable to The Sawmill and Old Town and all the museums. I will be back!

Great Casita in a great location!
Staying at Lily's Old Town Casita was the nicest place we stayed while on vacation. It was very clean and well maintained. The backyard, porch and hot tub area is very private and cozy. The bed was very comfy. The Casita is located a few minutes, in walking distance, from Old Town. The neighborhood was very quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay at Lily's Casita. They have every amenity you can think of. The hot tub was a real treat. It was nice to have a washer/dryer to pack clean clothes. The location is convenient to restaurants, and all Old Town has to offer. The casita was clean and comfy.
We would definitely book again.
This property surprised my husband and I. It was clean and the perfect size for us. It had everything we ever needed,
including water and creamer in the fridge.
The bed was amazing, we were able to get the rest we were looking for.
The location was perfect. In walking distance to old town, great restaurants and cafés as well as to all of the museums.
We had a wonderful stay. The property location is absolutely perfect being steps away from Old Town and a quick drive downtown, the airport, and more. The Casita offered the perfect screened-in porch with full amenities inside. I appreciated coffee creamer in the fridge and a stocked Keurig upon arrival. Coming all the way from Boston, we really loved the added touch of a candle lit and peaceful music playing on the TV when we came in. We really enjoyed our morning walks and local coffee shops. Such a great place and I can't wait to return.

Extremely nice unit
This was one of the nicest units I’ve rented. Everything looks new and very nicely decorated. There was a large screened in porch that overlooked a cute backyard with fire pit and hot tub. So close to old town square you could almost see it. Easy walking distance.
Very nice casita. Super clean and comfortable.
5 minute walk to old town. Very well appointed, coffee pods were available, which was a plus.
We had trouble with locking our door, called the host and he took care of it. I also found a used towel hanging on the bathroom door.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this casita. Highly recommend. So convenient, home away from home.

Great casita
We spent 2 nights in this casita in October. It was perfect for our needs. Very spacious and clean. The location is great, just a couple blocks from Old Town and a great little coffee shop...Velvet Coffee, and several restaurants. Very nice porch and patio. The bathroom is a bit small. The hot tub was not running. Other than that it was perfect.

Wonderful find!
My stay was wonderful! Beautiful, clean, comfortable casita in walking distance of old town, restaurants, and several museums. Easy street parking and access to the highway. I needed to drive to UNM which was a breeze to do.
I only have positive things to say about my experience. The owners are great, prompt and available if questions arise. The property is very very clean, new furniture, lovely little kitchen with coffee/cream, outdoor porch, well decorated, wifi/cable present and easy to use. Great size for one or two people. Would definitely recommend, and I hope I can stay again on my next visit to Albuquerque.
Had a very enjoyable stay and the host was quick to help with our few questions. The casita was well done with a comfy queen bed, fabulous screened in balcony, and an adequate small kitchen. We asked the host about getting a larger frying pan and it was quickly provided. The stairway/entry is small and a little awkward but should be manageable for most people. The place was near perfect except for a broken futon/couch which was only comfortable on one end and an AC that seemed to be better at cooling the stairway than the room. It was a stay in July so keeping anything cool in that heat is a challenge. Overall it was a wonderful stay in a convenient location!
