"Overall this hotel was good. The staff were good especially the pool and beach people, they were amazing. The breakfast was also incredible. The main thing that let it down was the overall condition of everything. It’s just very tired in places and in much need of an update. There were bits falling off the bar roof by the pool and lots of things were broken. In our room hardly any of the light switches worked and we didn’t even want to go near the outside tub, it was just a bit grim."

"Highly recommended to treat yourself to a beautiful, relaxing, quiet stay. The property is every bit as beautiful as the photos look. Our villa had a sunset view of the Big Buddha across the bay. "Fabulous hotel in a really chilled area of Phuket which is exactly what we wanted. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean and the staff welcoming and friendly. The pool and beachfront are perfect for watching the world go by. The Cove next door has amazing food (prices more in line with Europe) and we ate there most of the time, again, the staff were all lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend "

"Lovely property manager very welcoming rooms clean and functional with good outside place Free breakfast Nice tropical surroundings only issue for me was hotel did not have a restaurant so had th walk about one and a half kilometres to nearest restaurant but this would not be a problem if you have transport beach also about two kilometres Having said that this is an excellent hotel for the price accommodation is more expensive on that part of the island so this is a good deal "

"Stay was incredible! The beach is less trafficked than many others in Phuket and good for swimming. Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. They helped us set up numerous activities. Our room was clean, comfortable and near the beach. Will stay at the Cove again!"
