"The staff was very nice, particularly Ben, he made us feel very welcome. There was a band of singers that were really good, the facilities is overall clean and very well organized, though the bed was hard not that comfortable in the private room and there could have been more towels, thats why I put a 4star overall, but really good for a hostel"

"The entire staff was great very friendly very professional. I enjoyed my stay the room is great you have your own space to put your luggage and put lock. Everyday someone comes to clean your room and put new towels and the bathroom has enough toilets and showers to accommodate everyone."

"It was a decent stay but I wasn't a fan of the cleanliness of the place. Inside my cubby wasn't the cleanest as there was some stuff on the walls and it made me feel grossed out and the moldy wet smell wasn't my favorite either. Also, the beds were hard and not all that comfy. Other than that it was in a very convenient area and liked that I was able to quickly get some food or do laundry without hastle."

"Aldrig bott på hostel tidigare. Men det fungerade bra. Minus att dem inte hade något ordentligt luggege room utan vi fick lägga väskorna under ett bord i det gemensamma köket. Dock kunde man absolut inte checka in tidigare så är det kl 14 så är det inte kl 13:59 så andra resande är medvetna om det. Stränga regler på hostelet vilket gör att de hålls fräscht!"

"Great location Basic essentials Value for money. Only disappointing part was check inn. I know a lot of places have a 2pm check in, but they have to be realistic when you arrive at 1.15 and they take 10 min for paperwork and then say you have to wait till 2pm, when clearly the room is ready. I just can not see there logic other than to put a miserable start to your stay."

"The location is perfect, easy walking distance to the heart of the town and great restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and I appreciate that there is free coffee available in the mornings and that there were some complimentary snacks on check in and a new bottle of water provided al well as fresh towels every day. "I stayed at this hostel for about 4 hours during the day instead of waiting at the airport. The shared room was nice and the bed comfortable. The Ac was on which was good. Everything thing was great. I will stay here next time at at the Phuket airport area."

"the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer the hostel asked me 200 Baht because I have used their bed sheet, asked for cleaning the bed sheet..this can be also asked by a hotel named Winrisa Place at the same...

"A wonderful good value place to stay in Phuket. The owner was so flexible and helpful when we had to make last minute changes to our itinerary due to cancelled flights, and it was so easy to make ferry bookings to visit the islands through them. They have WiFi, are centrally located right in downtown, and the rooms were clean and comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"It’s a great hostel, in an even better location and the staff are very helpful! I wish they changed your towel especially if you’re there for a longer stay (they charge 40 baht to change it), and the housekeeping in the rooms didn’t happen very often (the trash piled up for a couple days). Still a wonderful stay !"

"We loved our stay here! It’s small and quiet yet convenient. There are no onsite food services, just snacks in the lobby, but other nearby hotels will actually deliver food to your room if you want room service. "Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. We went here for a portion of our honeymoon in Thailand and it really was everything we had imagined it would be. Breathtaking views from our room and all around the property. Food is phenomenal , with a massive selection making it easy to never leave the resort. The beach has access to plenty of other restaurants and a busy walking street with shops and restaurants. The staff were incredible, special shout out to the Muay Thai class which was such an amazing experience to learn from a real fighter and it was free!!! Highly recommend if you're the type that likes to get some exercise on vacation. The koi ponds were stunning. The hotel offers a 2 seater side car motorcycle for rent which was so much fun. The roads on the island are in great condition and not very busy so its the perfect opportunity to try it out if you're not an experienced motorcycle rider. I could go on for a long time, but I think you get the jist of it. Just go here its worth it. Consider taking a ferry/speedboat from a pier if you dont want to do the compulsory speedboat or cant like in our case we were coming from Krabi. "

"I love the club suites at Amari. We are returning guests and have never stayed in the two bedroom balcony suite and this time we did. I have no regrets staying here with my family as it was just excellent. Comfortable beds and apartment with amazing breakfast (the best we have had in Phuket) at club Pakarang. The staff at the club are fantastic and we also received very good service at the rest of the hotel. I would return here again and recommend this hotel for families or couples as it is quiet yet within walking or tuk tuk distance to the busy areas of patong. The kids club is also great. "
