The staff are excellent, the location is excellent, pool excellent, sunbed booking arrangement stops unnecessary “bed wars”, the accommodation can vary only depending on the room location, not always the view you would love. "Had a great experience staying at the apart hotel. All staff were great and friendly but cleaning staff deserve special credit because they do an incredible job. The apartment itself was great and it has pretty much everything you’ll need for your stay. The only downside was the restaurant, as good as the food was, it can be a bit pricey and lacks more vegetarian options."

"My goddaughter and I did a 3 day visit and saw that this Hotel was close to the Airport and bus transportation was right outside of the hotel. The bedroom was separated from the lil kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend and if ever have an opportunity to come back, would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the property and the service. Location for us was good as we wanted something quieter than the usual crowded areas further south. However, it is a windy area of the island, still warm, but we had 3 days of strong winds. We used a car to explore the island on these days"

"All of the staff from the Reception area through to Dinning were always smiling, friendly and always at hand to help with anything or just a chat. The hotel has a great relaxed vibe which is a great credit to the staff. We found the location to be fabulous as walking along the coast one way took us towards Adeje and the other to Los Cristianos. So much yet to discover so will definitely be returning in the near future. Love the vide at the hotel, thank you for making our stay a wonderful...

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"
