"We were in town for the Surf City Marathon. This place was a 15 minute walk from the start/finish line. Also very convienent to eat and drink in downtown HB. Great host who was in contact with us to check if we needed anything. Street parking and a small parking spot behind the house makes this a plus. Highly recommend if you want to stay near downtown HB."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. "My husband and I stayed with our 2 daughters and their husbands over the holiday. We also had one 16 month granddaughter with us. The extra room for her to sleep was great. A relative got us a pack n play, high chair, and toys from a rental company which worked out perfectly. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The negatives were the cleanliness of the kitchen. Also when we arrived the floors had just been mopped yet our socks turned grey from the floor the 1st day. There was only 1 towel per person...
