"It was a delightful stay, apartment/room came complete with a fully equipped kitchen; refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. It felt like a cozy home away from home. However, the balcony terraces are not particularly private unless you’re staying on the highest floor. The only downside was that one of the central heating radiators was constantly on full blast, and there was no way to turn it down or off. It was quite hot for us, especially since we’re from the UK, but overall, it was a fantastic place. The staff was very helpful, and room service was only available once during our nine-day stay."

"We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Great place, giving a feel of a little Spanish village next to the lovely view of the sea. It was just superb on a fine sunny day, and pretty grim and gray on a fully cloudy/rainy day. Excellent team, great food as part of half-board stay and attention was given whenever we needed help or some addons like kettle, beach towels, etc. The kitchen team were very innovative and did a nice spread of variety of food, different every day and with plenty of options for young kids, who can eat some healthy food and not just nuggets or burger or chips."

"Ideal for what we wanted, which was quiet and pool side lounging. The villas is situated in a quiet enclave. We shopped at the Carrefour, about 10 mins away by car, this was ideal as the gym we joined was across the road. There's a great cafe nearby, 2 mins by car, and restaurant. We ate at the Italian nearby Chiesa which was delicious, but ate BBQ'd food and sat by the pool reading, so thunbs up from us. Thanks ."

"This is a charming villa set in a hilly enclave just north of El Campello. We chose NOT to rent a car - so we stayed local (from Alicante to Villajoysa is easy/cheap to do by tram). The tram stop (and local wine/grocery merchant) is an easy 10 minute walk - take a backpack and its easy to do your shopping and be back at the villa. The grounds are nice with lots of vignettes around the villa to either chase the sun or the breeze depending on time of day. Candy was wonderful to meet us on the first day at the Alicante train station and wait for us to buy a few days grocery on our arrival (Sat) as most markets are closed on Sunday. So you do have to plan ahead a little. Pool area was great - we were lucky it hadn't gotten too cold yet. Only downside we could think of was the Aircon is only in the sleeping area of the house. This makes it necessary to keep the breeze blowing thru the rest of the house for comfort - and this lets in mosquitos. So bug spray is important. Great location, away from the "big city" but easy to enjoy get a city/country holiday with the touristy stuff in Alicante and the more local feel of El Campello and Coveta Fuma.
