The cottage was just as described. After one night we felt totally at home. Steve was great with communication and making sure it was easy to just relax without worrying about anything. "

"The staff, Charlene & Richard, were excellent with customer service. Both answered all my questions politely. The pool and hot tub were disappointing. It was clear the facilities need upgrading and the hot tub had green algae (?) on the outer side of the tub. The wall paper/paint was bubbled. The room was clean, but again there was signs of neglect and/or need of painting/wallpapering. "
