Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!"

"This was such a wonderful place to stay... Tucked in a beautiful countryside, within an Olive Grove, but just minutes outside of the City limits. Our Host, Nicola was incredible!!! Most excellent directions to accurately find our lodging, and he was so warm and inviting... lots of suggestions and recommendations that were spot on!! The pool and grounds were gorgeous!! Such a relaxing place for our vacation!"

"La casa en general esta muy bien, dormitorios espaciosos, comedor y sala estar amplia. Lastima que el exterior está muy descuidado.Patios muy sucios. El delantero lleno de basura de los inquilinos anteriores que tuvimos que tirar nosotros debido a la recogida puerta a puerta. Creo que lo normal es que lo dejaran limpio antes de alquilarlo de nuevo. La nevera no enfriaba bien y se nos estropeó comida. Hay que ponerla al tope y aun asi no acaba de ir bien. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Super auch der Empfang und die vielen Tipps von Erica (z.B. eine tolle Trattoria). Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Literally in Alghero town centre, very comfortable flat with all the necessary to spend a relaxing holiday with my family. Everything has been handed in spotless condition. Despite the high temperature experienced in July, we had two aircons to make the environment nice and fresh. Alghero is beautiful and the vibes are unforgettable.
