Located just minutes away from the center of Alghero, it offers a great position for anyone looking for peace and quiet while still being very close to the city. The house is beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Daniela and Gianfranco are very welcoming hosts. I will fondly reminisce about the wonderful time I had at the Xiprer house during my dull and grim winter!"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht, besonders schön sind die Terrasse und der Garten, in dem wir uns ausbreiten durften. Frühstück unter einem alten, schattigen Baum, jeden Abend ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang, ganz viele Ruhe und Entspannung - und das nur 10 Minuten von der wunderbaren Altstadt von Alghero entfernt. Super auch der Empfang und die vielen Tipps von Erica (z.B. eine tolle Trattoria). Sehr empfehlenswert!"

I spent close to an hour working through the check in since there were 4 of us. Multiple messages to manager and zero responesfrom him including how to access internet."

The biggest luxury is the quiet and calm atmosphere: no noisy party people, no shrieking children or construction sites anywhere around. "Schöner Aufenthalt für 2 Personen, funktional und sauber eingerichtet. Die Lage mit Steintreppe zum Fels Strand ist sehr schön, auch der Blick auf aighero. Leider wird es als Haus/Dependance angeboten, ist jedoch die untere Wohnung in einer Doppelhaus Hälfte. Wir waren die einzigen Mieter und hatten glücklicherweise unsere Ruhe. Fertilia selbst ist kein schöner Ort, aber es sind nur 5 min zu Fuß zum kleinen Supermarkt und 15 min mit dem Auto zum Parkplatz in Alghero."

"Literally in Alghero town centre, very comfortable flat with all the necessary to spend a relaxing holiday with my family. Everything has been handed in spotless condition. Despite the high temperature experienced in July, we had two aircons to make the environment nice and fresh. Alghero is beautiful and the vibes are unforgettable. Only two downsides, the stairs are a bit tough to climb. Also, if you have a car, finding a space to leave it becomes a challenge. Overall a great holiday and we...
