"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

"We enjoyed our stay at really beautiful paradise Laguna house is really 1 minute away from the beach with spectacular terrace view. It is a lovely house. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. "The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island.
