"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "We had a lovely time at this villa, very clean and modern property with beautiful outside space. Faultless experience! Only thing to mention is that Cala Pi itself seems to be struggling this year with many bars and restaurants closed in peak August summer holiday season . Obviously this is no fault of the owners and the one restaurant open was very good (Sa Terrassa) but it was a shame there weren’t more options available in walking distance. "We must praise the outstanding hosts, Cati and Jaume. Excellent communication before & during the stay, and nothing was too much trouble. When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. "Very well designed and built Villa, good outdoor living design. Externally the grounds are a little tired / lack investment Location is rural, quite isolated and lacking good town / nearby options. Car required for everything you wish to do."

"Great location, property with character and charm and some quirks! Very comfortable bedroom, upstairs lounge and outside terrace. Need to be aware of the 35 steps from top to bottom if you forget to bring anything with you from the kitchen or bathroom! BBQ not there when we arrived but after contacting Homerti a new one was delivered to us the next day. Excellent customer service."
