"Federica and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts - great communication throughout the stay and always available. The house was immaculate and well presented. The pool and facilities (swing, table tennis, football pitch etc) were superb. Views were incredible and the area was so peaceful. Highly recommend this villa for a restful break!"

"Het vakantiehuis is ruraal gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Wie houdt van rust kan hier erg genieten! Het huisje zelf is eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. Alle basics zijn er maar geen extra luxe zoals een vaatwas, airco of wasmachine. Alles is heel netjes en schoon. De eigenaren zijn geweldig lieve mensen die vlot bereikbaar zijn. "The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

"Die gemütlichste Woche seit langem ❗️ Wir waren mit drei Hunden im Urlaub und haben ,trotz nicht vorteilhaftem Wetter, jede Minute genossen. Das Haus liegt wunderbar umgeben von Natur. Der Ofen mit Sichtfenster - genug Holz vorhanden - wärmt das Haus. Das Sofa direkt davor könnte etwas größer sein. Die Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Als Gast können wir uns nur aufs herzlichste bedanken. "Waren 10 Tage mit unserem Hund in Bulciano und haben die Natur und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Es war sehr heiß als wir dort waren, aber im Haus und im Garten fand sich immer ein kühler Platz zum ausruhen. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht, und der Hund konnte ungestört laufen, da alles eingezäunt ist. Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber für uns ausreichend. In der Umgebung gibt es kleine Städte zum erkunden und einige Ausflugsziele. Es war ein schöner Urlaub"

"Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."
