"It was a good stay. Just a bit disappointed with the 1. Lounge Access which upon check in I had to show proof and insist that I paid for a room with lounge access. 2. Lounge Access was really one of the restaurant in the hotel which is also used for breakfast. But food and service was good. 3. When we checked out, no one was at the counter and had to wait for 15 minutes for person in charge."

"New property. Nice facility. A few pointers about the property. The pillows were vert smelly. When I asked they said they were ostrich feather pillows. The staff asked for my feedback way too many times. Even before I arrived they were calling me asking for my feedback. It’s nice to take feedback. But annoying when it’s excessive. "

"We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. "We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...
