"The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are all new and super clean, great soundproof doors on the balconies, since the plaza is very busy and loud, the bed was Fantastic and comfortable. Quick to respond to requests and always with a smile. Would definitely stay there again as it’s quite central to a lot of the monuments to visit, away from the pyramids. Breakfast was served in your room but could be a bit more generous with the portions of fool and falafel :) Thank you everyone at Sama and keep up the great work! "

"The hotel is amazing surrounded by beautiful restaurants, the staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms are big and spacious with an access to outdoor balcony, also there is a shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes, I’ll definitely go back."

"The service here is really good! They arranged airport pick up and drop off for us, had local suggestions for food and tours. Their English was good and they were very friendly. The morning breakfast was very good, we are two active brothers and it filled us up, which is not easy to do. All the staff were very honest and helpful. The room to clean and comfortable."

"The location is fantastic, and the staff is friendly. The amenities are great, with a hair salon nearby, taxi services available, laundry provided, and complimentary water. The apartment itself is very good—though it doesn’t get much natural light, this wasn’t an issue for us as we spent most of our time out exploring."
