"It was a good stay. Just a bit disappointed with the 1. Lounge Access which upon check in I had to show proof and insist that I paid for a room with lounge access. 2. Lounge Access was really one of the restaurant in the hotel which is also used for breakfast. But food and service was good. 3. When we checked out, no one was at the counter and had to wait for 15 minutes for person in charge."
