"Although my experience started out with a fall, I have high praise for the staff of this hotel. It is apparent that the front office manager (Edna) runs a tight ship along with the office supervisor (Junior). Tyeshia, the front desk person is above reproach with her customer care. Both she and Junior were extremely attentive to my party's and other guest's requests. Staff treated us as though we were in a 5-star hotel. I plan to stay here at our next visit to D.C. The hotel is clean and conveniently located across the street from an Aldi store and CVS. A hotel shuttle is dependable and available for transport to and from the DCA (airport) and some metro stations. A bistro-style restaurant with good food items is located within the hotel. All in all, this was a fabulous experience. "
