"Everything about this place is first rate! The unit is beautiful and super quiet considering it’s in the middle of downtown. Location couldn’t be better for nearby restaurants, breweries, etc. Great food and drink options are right in the building too (be sure to check out Flour for coffee and biscuits). Karen is an excellent host and kept checking to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!"

"We so enjoyed our four nights at Lauren's place. Communication was great, the bed was so comfy, and so many nice touches made us feel right at home. Two comfortable king beds and two full baths, an outside sitting area, parking right outside the door, a grocery store across the street and the location was convenient to anywhere we wanted to go. Communication with the property manager was easy and closing instructions helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The apartment was lovely with lots of nice finishes. The view was fantastic and the location was perfect. It was nice being able to ditch the car and just wander around. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we would have needed had we actually cooked. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. "

"Awesome location. Beds were comfortable and showers were awesome. The doors need to be adjusted. The master bathroom door hinges were very loose which made the door hard to close. Other than that it was awesome. "

"Couldn’t ask for a better location! Parking in the garage across the street was easy and it was so nice being able to walk everywhere. While there is street noise, you can’t hear it from the bedrooms (especially if you use white noise sound machine which the hosts provided). The hosts truly thought of everything and we loved our stay!"

"The condo is located in a very nice private location. It is corner bottom unit of 2 floors. For the most part, it was fairly clean. I did find a hair in my bed. The coffee machine had water left over. I prefer cotton sheets, they had synthetic or bamboo sheets. But overall, it was pleasant"

"We enjoyed our vintage airstream experience at Asheville River Cabins. The setting right on the French Broad River is magnificent! The only disappointment was that the vintage airstream smells of cigarettes, although I got accustomed to it once inside, with the help of an aromatherapy spray. The memory foam mattress was very comfortable, and the kitchen had nice dishes and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our French press coffee every morning. "

Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....
