"Great location for a break with family and friends. The house is really spacious and lots of seperate areas which was great for a big group. Garden was lovely and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Horning was lovely and literally a 5 min walk from a lovely pub and 1 min walk to a great little play park. We also did a boat day trip which was a 10 min walk away to collect the boat. Really close to beWilderwood which we would also recommend "

"Lovely place feels quite special. Bring more towels or just use the washing machine - massively helps No egg chair sadly and hot tub is extra so check before you book the small print. Welcome pack was a treat but the price needed it/ Beautiful area lovely neighbours and great contact with host."

"Another Christmas trip to Dunston hall this time must have been the best service we ever received from staff all friendly and helpful. Only down side was pool in leisure facilities the Jacuzzi was out of order as well as the bubbles in the pool"

A good price for a nice stay.

"Had a lovely time. The staff were very helpful. We had a nice room. The bed was comfortable but a little soft for us. Very hot rooms. We turned off the heating and opened the windows. A lot of Mold, spiders and cobwebs around the windows. The pool area was great. We had slippers and robes provided, very helpful for walking to the pool. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all, would have preferred table service. "
