"We loved the house. It is a lovely property with all the equipment needed for a family with kids. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the surroundings. The owner was checking with us if we are fine and needed anything during our stay in the vila. I would highly recomend the property."

"Owner is very kind and responsive. The local manager is kind also and speak English well. There was an issue for a day and half where our master shower was not working due to a missing piece so our family of five needed to use the smaller unit. Not a problem but just inconvenience. I had to be proactive in this communication but after the owner personally called and wanted to make sure the unit issue was addressed. They did get then handy man to come and fix it. The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets. "

"Jos' villa is beautiful, set up really well for families with children of all ages and is really wll equipped. It's up in the hills surrounded by farmland and barely touched by tourism, which we loved, but is rarely more than 30 minutes away from beaches, lagoons, old towns and farmers markets around the area. Jos is an excellent host who responded straight away to any queries we had. The only recommendation we'd make is to replace the sofa bed with a proper bed which would be more...

"This was our second stay at this villa and still adored it. Had some new members of the family this time around so was very grateful for the fenced in pool and the play area full of toys upstairs! This place has absolutely everything any member of the family could need (and more) all in a peaceful private setting with local amenities and tourist spots just a quick drive away. Will definitely look to visit a third time in a few years :)"

"An absolute gem! This luxurious villa exceeded all our expectations.The grand 25-meter swimming pool and beautiful poolside bar were perfect for relaxing, and the gym was top-notch. Ideally located near Nazaré and the ocean, with cafes and supermarkets just a minute away. Quiet and serene—pure perfection!"

"This is the second time we've visited and both times have been really enjoyable experiences. Lovely quiet and spacious villa, swimming pool is pretty much to yourself. Everything you need is to hand. Just a very short trek to the beach and plenty of lovely little cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We have small children and it is a perfect place for them. Owner is very helpful and responsive to any queries. Will definitely be coming back!"

Could use some minor attention to details, such as replacing burnt out pot lights and replacing some of the cookware Host was very nice and accommodating.
