"The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the internet was good. The room itself was charming, but it lacked air conditioning because it was the winter, so it was warm at times. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the Convent of Christ. Despite the central location, noise was not an issue at all. The hotel offered a standard buffet breakfast, and as a boutique hotel, it had a unique charm. The rooftop patio was particularly lovely. Tea was served daily at 5 PM. Simple but a very nice touch. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Parking was on the street adjacent to the hotel, and while it was sometimes difficult to find a spot, this was due to public parking availability and not the hotel's fault. There was one small hiccup with my reservation. I booked two rooms for four people and expected them to be close together. Initially, our rooms were not adjacent, but upon request, the staff kindly moved us right next door to our friends. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, great location, and good internet service."

"The location, staff, and view were all amazing. The room also received a 10% discount at the downstairs restaurant which was very nice. Overall an amazing stay and I will rebook the same room for my next visit."

"A un lado del santuario de nuestra Señora de Fátima se encuentra el hotel. La mejor ubicación en toda la ciudad. Está a 5 minutos caminando a la estación de autobús y tiene el mejor restaurante. El servicio es muy amable tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas y amplias."

"The hotel is spotless, in a great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the local sites. The proprietor, Ellen, is friendly and she makes you feel like you’re at home. We have stayed at this property before, last year, the reason we returned is because of the hospitality. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, the rooms are a good size and extremely clean. If you ever need anything, there is always someone there to help. I would never think of going anywhere else."

"It was a perfect place to watch the waves of Nazare. Simon went out of his way to help us find restaurants and kept us on great conversation over drinks. The location was close to the ascensor to the fort and couldnt have been easier to navigate. "

"Perfect location near the church. Took the room facing the church. Paid €20 extra per day. Worth the money. Breakfast was good. Lots of Japanese & Indonesia tourist when I was there. Breakfast was a little unruly with them. "
