"It has been a great stay. The property is new and very close to Riserva dello Zingaro. Spotless clean! On the ground floor there’s a store with amazing local food and a local bar. We will definitely be back!"

"This house is absolutely amazing. The views, the grounds, the staff, the convenience, everything was great. It is so close to the airport in Palermo, so it is incredibly convenient, but you don't hear a single plane when you are in the house. "

"Firstly, I am so sorry to read about the fires that are troubling Sicily and Italy at the moment. We really enjoyed our visit to your island and hope to return and explore the East in the future. As to the apartment. The location was great, the Windows opening in all directions was marvellous. My disappointment was in the poor and broken furnishings and the kitchen was not clean. Friendly comfortable hotel

"The hotel had a spacious clean warm room with a fridge, a small table and chairs too. Also a big shower room and toilet. We loved it. Also we were picked up at the airport after dropping off the hire car, and taken back to departures at 4.00 am the next morning. How wonderful. I hope to go back"

Clean and comfortable with a delightful host.

"We enjoyed the full use of the apartment with onsite parking. Once you get the hang of driving in small Sicilian towns, it becomes east to get around. Balestrate has a beautiful beachfront and many lovely restaurants. Our hostess was helpful and friendly. Mille grazie, Rosalia!"

Brilliant service, near airport

"Booked this hotel for its close proximity to the Palermo Airport as I had a very early 05.45 flight and did not wish a long commute. This property was excelent. The manager was fantastic and got up and drove me to the airport himself at 3.00 am . He offered us pizza and salad roomservice but ewe went out. The room was lovely despite some used toiletry wrapper in the shower from the prevvious guest. Lovely bed , lounging and reading area . I am sure the breakfast looked and sounded good but unfortunately I missed it due to an early check out. I highly recommend walking around and going for a drink or eating in the small village wher the hotel is. Great history and memorial to anti Mafia efforts. A great bakey Palazzolo, best Canolis, coffee and desserts, all home made. Voglia di pizza , great pizza cafe, outside seating , local pizza variation with anchovies amazing."

"This property is definitely high-class and impressive. The rooms are large and clean, beds are comfortable, the decor is wonderful beach style, the breakfast spread was incredible - but most of all - WHAT INCREDIBLE VIEWS! The seaview is highly recommended and worth the extra cost. The staff is super helpful and the parking is convenient. I can't think of one thing to improve the experience. THA NK YOU! "
