"Booked this hotel for its close proximity to the Palermo Airport as I had a very early 05.45 flight and did not wish a long commute. This property was excelent. The manager was fantastic and got up and drove me to the airport himself at 3.00 am . He offered us pizza and salad roomservice but ewe went out. The room was lovely despite some used toiletry wrapper in the shower from the prevvious guest. Lovely bed , lounging and reading area . I am sure the breakfast looked and sounded good but...

"We were met at the door and shown to our rooms. I had requested an iron and hair dryer, both were there. The rooms were a good size. One had two big armchairs, the other had a sofa and a balcony overlooking the street. There is a covered courtyard with an expresso machine available 24/7. "The B&B is basic but was clean and the host was very friendly with information on where to visit and eat. It is clean and the hosts were friendly and offered a number of homemade panini and cakes for breakfast. It is definitely a personal opinion, but the mattress in the main room (never checked the twin beds) was super uncomfortable). Thank you Nicola! Note that we ended up here because when we arrived to the B&B Le 5 Torri in Trapani we realized that the amenities promised were not available...

"The resort is beautiful, it’s secluded and private. The pool has a pretty view and there is bar service while you enjoy. The staff is incredible; we were there the night of the wildfire. We didn’t have our own car so The staff drove us down the mountain to safety. They are an excellent team and unbelievably accommodating and kind. "

"The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close.
