"A beautiful space in the midst of a renovation. The staff were okay, some more accommodating than others. A smile and a nod can go a long way to bridge a language barrier. It was great to have a shuttle to the metro but it would have been nice to know that when I checked in."

The rooms are very clean and very nicely decorated. Great pool. There is the famous Bakery by Manu Jara which is amazing. Room Service was also top notch. "
