"This should and could be an amazing hotel and I suspect it once was but not anymore. All the facilities are there but not being cared for and there are too few staff so despite there being 3 bars you can only get served at one (check prices before buying I got charged €48 for 2 G&T's!). I dont know if it is the case but it feels like a hotel that has gone bust and is being run by a bank. Its nice but its disappointing because it should be great."
