"The hotel is good but not a 5 starts resort at all. Don’t expect anything like 5 starts, the coffee is probably the worst I have ever had in my life. The breakfast is kind of decent but nothing special. The pool is ok. "

"Resort is catered to families but not well executed. Food was quite overpriced compared to restaurants in town. Kid club area and toys are quite dirty and run down. Childrens waterpark was great. "It's a beautiful hotel, with a laid back feel and design. The gardens are carefully designed, planted and maintained. There's a lilypond with frogs! The staff are unerringly charming and helpful. The cocktails are top quality. It doesn't feel like an anonymous big chain hotel. Food - excellent. Only downsides...indoor pool is beautiful but jacuzzi and changing area need an upgrade. Some of the entertainment was local and impressive...the English duo were....more Butlins for me. But some guests...

"Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic facilities, the pool/slide area is great. Never been all inclusive previously but stayed for 4 nights of a 14 night trip and found the food selection varied and a great quality. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed. It was a great place to take a young child before moving on to an apartment. We both had excellent massages and used the spa area which was decent. Had a really memorable stay, our 2year old...
