"We had a great time at Patacona. We appreciate all the assistance we received from the office and Eva personally. The area is very safe, beach and surroundings are amazing. Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk. We didn't need a car, but there is parking available. There are many restaurants, fruteria and supermarkets close by. We stayed at #3/2 apartment. It was very clean and spacious. The only one problem we had were keys. First of all, we had just one set, so, we had to always go together...

"The location is good. It has a sea view and easy access to the ocean. Inside is stark. Only one trash can for the whole apartment, the bedding is in poor condition, the kitchen does have any soap, spices, napkins or anything else.. it's very empty . The beds are not comfortable and the bedding is poor "

"We loved our stay. The hosts were fabulous and went above and beyond to welcome us. The apartment is large, spacious and clean. The kitchen big enough to cook meals and to sit and eat. The balcony was a great place to relax in the morning and evenings. The views were lovely. there was even a washing machine, making things so easy. Two bathrooms made it further easy to navigate with a family. The location was just a few stops, about 15 minutes to Valencia. We loved being close to the beach...

"Location was beautiful. That was the best part. Apartment does not look modern and sleek as it does in the pics posted. Expect cheap minimal furnishings. Fridge was nice. Has washer. Has TV. HOWEVER, upon arrival on a Sunday evening, we couldn’t find toilet paper to use the bathroom. No area shops open either. No wash clothes to freshen up with. Sheets were very thin. Beds were okay. AND NO WIFI. We were told we would have WiFi on Expedia sight, and this was issue for us as we needed...
