"As far as the cabin, excellent, check in was so easy, never seen anyone, talked to Heather on phone only, when I did contact her, very helpful and kind. When we walked in, soothing music playing. We wanted to relax, it was perfect for me, but the main reasoning for this trip was my husband hasnt been fishing in along time, it was his vacation from work, to go fishing. No easy access to fish, are even easy access to put the kayaks in the water, and you have to get them yourself. My husband and I walked down the side of the steep hill to fish, it was more work trying to fish. Were 61 and 59 years of age. We did load up 2 kayaks, brought back to the cabin, they stayed in the truck overnight and brought back the next day. Not an easy access to put them in the water at all. We checked out a day early and went home. Overall if you want to get away from the face pace of life, enjoy a beautiful scenery, stay in a beautiful and very nice cabin , no one bothering you at all, enjoy a fire pit, wood provided, a cabin with everything, where all you have to bring is your clothes and food. Sat on the back porch enjoying nature and overlooking the river, watching turtles, I would diffently recommend this place. I would truly love to come back and enjoy some TLC, without a pole lol."

"Owners have done an amazing job to ensure for a fantastic stay. All the amenities, space galore and the game room downstairs, is a huge bonus. This is THE perfect location to access the trails with plenty of parking for large trailers and SXS’s. Our crew had a phenomenal time on the trails with plenty of hours hanging out in the game room. Highly recommend the Riders Roost."

"We had an amazing trip to the Billy Creek Recreation Area, and this cabin was perfect for us! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Very nice and clean. Wi-fi was great for our teenagers. The hot tub was the perfect ending to every day. Chris is a great host, and answered any and all questions we had. We will definitely be back again!"

"We booked this adorable tiny house for a few days as a stopping/resting spot for a wedding we went to in Arkansas-just to break up the drive. The house is just as pictured, wonderfully decorated, supplied, and clean. But, there really is no reason to stay inside when you can sit on the back patio and look over at the beautiful lake, trees, and animal life. We would have spent the entire trip on the patio if the rain had allowed. It is one of the most peaceful, secluded homes we have ever stayed in, and we plan on returning. We are a family of 5, two college kids, and a teenager. There was plenty of room for everyone even though the house is small. The loft has absolutely amazing views as well when sleeping on the west-facing bed. This house is also a stargazers dream if there are no clouds and no full moon. It is very easy to feel connected and one with creation here. If you want peace and connection to nature, you have found it. I would caution if you are from out of town like us, Google does not take you to the right location, so you need to probably print and take the management directions with you (internet is spotty on the road). I would also recommend making it there the first day before it gets dark. There are very few road lights and it can be very confusing-we followed the VRBO directions line-by-line to find it at dusk - was a little challenging. I also would recommend one thing - the roads are almost all gravel/rock; consider taking a 4 x 4. Will be back!"
