"I paid for breakfast but didn’t know until the morning it only covered a continental breakfast not cooked which had an additional surcharge of £10 which was a little steep I thought. There were lots of people just opting for the continental. The room was good although it backed onto the main road which was like being next to the M1. Overall it was ok ."

Reception lady at 2pm was very abrupt and just said “check in not till 3” we only wanted to let her know we had parked in the patrons only car park. Breakfast staff and checking out lady, lovely."

The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas.
