"This house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation at the lake. The important things for us on vacation is sleeping comfortably, a great view and the location close to the state park. We loved the back porch overlooking part of the lake and hills. The beds were very comfortable especially the king in the master. Great place to stay!"

"2nd year here; good location, very nice house, convenient for our needs. Drive is steep and can be slick, less able-bodied people may struggle with stairs to front or log steps to back door, interior is great. "

The outside porch was not very clean but liked having the gate so our small dog could enjoy it with us while we had our morning coffee!! Found it extremely difficult to get our pontoon in to unload!! Gates are not wide enough to manage getting boats in and out easily! "

"The rental house was very clean and decor was updated. My adult daughters and myself enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to questions. Even though it’s 23 minutes from Sunset Marina, we discovered a boat ramp and swimming area on Dale Hollow Lake down the street from the house that was secluded and private. To improve our stay I recommend owner upgrade the two primary bedroom mattresses with box springs and hotel quality mattresses that have inner coil with memory...

Upon arrival there was a grill cover just laying on the front porch, and the outdoor patio set on the concrete slab had what appeared to be trash laying over it. There was a lot of dust in the home, especially on the fans and left over cereal from the last guests. It made me feel like I was responsible for...
