Staff was very helpful and responsivene. Unfortunately there were other guests frequenting common areas of the property who were clearly intoxicated. I changed hotels because I didn’t feel safe.

The hotel is undergoing beautiful renovations and I must mention the beds are very nice! The staff, especially the manager goes above and beyond their responsibilities to ensure you’re having a great experience.

It was an economical place to stay. The beds were super comfortable! The shower did not drain well was a negative. The hotel was definitely old and not updated but it felt clean enough.

On our first night there we had to be moved to a different room because my husband and I found a cockroach on the bed. He went and took it to the office and the attendant apologized and put us in a new room right away and far from that room. The staff is really wonderful but with us finding what we did in our room is what makes me leave just 1 star we will not be staying there again due to that.

I came down this weekend for a graduate school event and I was a little nervous about staying here away from my family but the lady whom was at the check in was really nice and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again if I have to come back down here.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent. They are so friendly and accommodating. The pool was small but nice, clean, and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

It met expectations in a good way with 2 minor exceptions: 1. minor smell of mildew in bathroom 2. no automatic maid service...this really annoys me...they save huge money on less cleaning staff and keep the profit.

The staff (I didnt get her name, but long, dark curly hair) was amazing! She was so friendly, helpful, and made my stay so much better. The clean pool, really cold room, and nice breakfast was great, too.

Staff was great but we found roaches in our room. Breakfast was terrible and the roof was being redone so the pool was closed. It looks like the rooms have been redone lately so maybe the property will be better in the future

We stayed in a king jacuzzi room for our wedding night bc we were from out of town. The beds were super comfortable. The room was very clean and well maintained. The property was very quiet and there was a gas station right next door that you could walk to.

Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in a hotel. Room was super clean and everything was just the way it should be. The staff was amazing and so helpful with anything you ask them. I stay in a hotel 2 or 3 days a week and this is the absolute best one should have a much better rating.
