"The staff was great, very friendly. The food was good. Everything was pretty good. But the showers drain was very slow. Our room was not cleaned 2 times. We ran out of toilet paper and we had to ask for the water one time."

"I will give a very honest review based on my own experience. The great part is that the eighth floor has a superb view over all Alanya and the balconies are a nice size. However, this is a very old hotel.The entrance has been refurbished nicely, but is very dark with the colours chosen. It has a spooky feel to it. That said it would feel.diffetent when full in summer time. The rooms have been newly painted, but are very basic and space. That said, you have what you need. With tea and coffee...

"Was easy to find. We informed them that we needed a car park.. So we parked outside the hotel entrance. Friendly staff. We booked the Junior suite so we had the best view! The suite was very comfortable..And clean. Especially that the weather was hot and humid outside.. So we spent most of the time in the room. We had a coffee tray and a coffee machine. But they do not have regular black tea bags in the room..or any other teas. They only serve Turkish black tea during meals.. And a box of many...

"A fully integrated resort, a luxurious five-star palace, one of the best resorts in the Alanya region, more than an hour away from the airport. The resort’s drawback is that the receptionist’s name is (Arend.) He charged 50 euros without any reason, even though I booked the number in detail. I hope that you will warn the employees not to exploit them so that the resort does not lose its customers, and I am the first of them. I will not return for this resort"

"A great, reasonable hotel in Alanya. The hotel itself is in great condition, and I stayed in the Annex building which has far more spacious rooms, good views (partial sea view) - and is also less noisy than staying in the main hotel everyone seems to want to stay in. My room was clean, serviced every 3 days, and all the staff seemed friendly. The buffet breakfast is around £10 a day, but I would highly recommend ordering off of the regular menu to get something you really like. Pool area is...
